Diagnosis

Median propodeum and dorsellum hidden under scutellum; fore wing with two stigmal hair lines and with speculum open below; mesoscutum with a median groove in posterior one-third; transepimeral sulcus almost straight; coxae and femora dark. Similar to tristicha, differs in having median propodeum short and hidden under scutellum in dorsal view, and in having only a single row of setae along eye margin.

Biology

From an unidentified spherical leaf gall on Ficus colubrinae (Moraceae).
